The San Martino kennel was born in 1989 from the passion of its owner Ermes Chiarolini.

The decision to breed the Haflinger breed was born from the natural docility and rusticity of this horse which is well suited to the type of territory in which the center is located.

Following a careful selection, the characteristics of robustness and resistance have been refined to adapt the morphological structure to the most modern demands of the riding horse.

Semi-wild breeding, combined with constant attention to the nutrition and psychophysical health of the subjects, has made it possible to obtain horses with a decisive, balanced temperament, easy to manage and capable of adapting to all situations.

As an Equine Fertilization Centre, the choice of stallions was made to raise the height of the withers and soften the shape, as well as making the gait more elastic and comfortable for sport. Furthermore, the elegance and refinement, combined with the characteristic and unique color of the coat, a stupendous golden chestnut and blond mane, give the Haflinger horse a figure that has nothing to envy of more noble breeds.

In 2013, the production of natural cosmetics based on mare's milk was added to these activities.
